DFG prolongs funding for TRR 266 "Accounting for Transparency"
How can transparency contribute to a more sustainable society? And when does it become a problem? How can companies better overcome crises? And can accounting and tax scandals be avoided through more transparency? These are important questions to which the transregional Collaborative Research Center "TRR 266 Accounting for Transparency" (TRR 266) is seeking scientifically substantiated answers. The relevance of this research is also underlined by the decision of the German Research Foundation (DFG): It has now prolonged the funding of TRR 266 for another four years. Launched in 2019 as the first Collaborative Research Center with a focus on business administration, TRR 266 will begin its second funding period in July. The funding volume is expected to be around 18 million euros.
