The selection process
Our Ranking and selection system
Your chances to get selected for the destinations of your choice depend primarily on the overall number of candidates and for which destinations they have also applied. In other words, if the destination you have applied to is a popular choice among the applicants, you will end up competing over it against numerous other applicants.
Our ranking system is conceived to allow a fair competition among the applicants.
In some rare instances we will organize an interview with you if it comes to decide between 2 candidates with similar profiles.
The ranking system is organized around one quantitative part and one qualitive part:
- Quantitative part (grades, academic performance and language skills)
- Qualitative part (statement of motivation, extracurricular activities)
Allocation of the points according to our Ranking System (max. = 220 points)
- Academic Performance 0 – 120 points
- Motivation: 0 - 50 points
- English proficiency: 12 - 25 points
- Local language proficiency (optional): 10 - 25 points
