Application

Before you can apply to us, you should be admitted to an academic exchange programme at our faculty by your home university.

The outgoing team of the international department of your university will accept your application there and approve your request. The team will then nominate you to us. This simply means that we will receive your details from your home university and the confirmation that you have been offered a place on the programme.

The nomination will be made by mid-May at the latest for the winter semester and by mid-November at the latest for the summer semester.

After we have received your nomination, our central international office will inform you by e-mail about the further procedure.

You can apply to us via the Moveon application portal. You will receive the link to this in the email from the central international office.

 

The application deadlines are as follows:

for the winter semester: 15 April - 31 May

for the summer semester: 15 October - 30 November

 

We will not accept applications from students that have not been nominated by their home universities.

 

Please note that as the International Office of the School of Business and Economics, we are responsible for reviewing your application and other purely academic matters.
