Short-Bio

Studium der Mathematik, Logik und Griechischen Philologie. Diplom in Mathematik an der Freien Universität Berlin im Jahr 2000. Arbeit als System- und Netzwerkadministrator. Fortbildung zum Network Security Engineer bei Siemens SBS 2002. Security Analyst bei Symantec (24/7 SOC) 2003-2004. Trainings als Intrusion Analyst in Alexandria, VA, und London. Zertifizierungen: GCIA (SANS Institute), SCNA (Sun), CCSE (Checkpoint), SCSE (Symantec). Seit Anfang 2005 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik im BMBF-Projekt TAUCIS zur Technikfolgeabschätzung von Ubiquitous Computing und RFID. Promotion 2008 zu "Secure Name Services for the Internet of Things". 2008 bis 2011 Teilprojektleiter (HU) im BMBF-Projekt Aletheia. Habilitiert seit November 2013. Seit Oktober 2013 bis Oktober 2014 Vertretungsprofessur für das Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik.
